Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.

2. Cut pizza dough into 14 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball.

3. Place the dough balls along the outer edge of a 13-inch cast-iron skillet, leaving the center open. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture. Reserve any remaining butter mixture.

4. Cover the skillet with plastic wrap. Allow the bread to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until almost doubled. While the bread is rising, prepare the dip mixture.

Dip
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F.

2. Dice the pepperoni slices.

3. Combine dip ingredients. Transfer the mixture into the center of skillet.

Topping
1. Top the dip with the remaining pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Brush the rolls with the remaining butter mixture.

2. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165˚F. Remove the foil and bake another 10-12 minutes, or until dip is heated through and the rolls are golden brown.
